The basics

Dimm is an iOS app made by Snowy Ghost LLC. By downloading or using Dimm you agree to these terms. Use Dimm for anything personal and lawful.

App Store

Dimm is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store terms.

Launching other apps

Dimm opens other apps using links those apps publish. Those apps belong to their respective owners; Dimm is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and we can't control what they do once opened.

Ownership

Dimm, the Snowy Ghost name, and the ghost mark are the property of Snowy Ghost LLC. These terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond using the app.

No warranty

Dimm is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snowy Ghost LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Dimm.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here and ship with the app, with the date above revised.
