Companion (outgoing messages are signed with the first name “Ava”) is a consent-based supportive wellness text-messaging program operated by Snowy Ghost LLC. It provides warm, encouraging, two-way wellness check-ins by SMS to individual adults who have personally opted in and given their consent to receive them. This is a non-marketing program — it is not advertising or promotional, involves no third parties or purchased lists, and has nothing for sale.

This is a recurring, two-way messaging program. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation and check-ins.

Msg & data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again.
